Culver-Hahn Electric Supply has been a fixture in Mason City since 1948. The company was started as a small family business that has continued to grow and expand throughout north Iowa.
Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) acquired the assets of Culver-Hahn Electric in 1993. While CED is a privately held company, we do enjoy many of the benefits of a national electrical wholesaler with over 700 locations across the United States.
Maintaining local control over our business enables us to recruit and retain top notch employees. Our experienced inside sales staff supports three of the hardest working outside sales guys in our division. Our dedicated staff has won "P.C. of the Year" in the CED Mid-Continent Division for 2004, 2005, 2010 and 2013. Kent Stevenson and Brent Mehmen also have earned the "Salesmen of the Year" multiple times.
